Products & descriptions
We take care to ensure that product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. However, due to the nature of woven and textile products, slight variations in colour, texture, or finish may occur. Colours may also appear differently depending on screen settings.
Product availability, descriptions, and prices are subject to change without notice.
Orders
By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete, and that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if payment cannot be authorised, there is an error in pricing or product information, or an item is unavailable. If an order is cancelled after payment has been taken, a full refund will be issued.
Pricing & payment
All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken at the time of order using the payment methods available at checkout.
Delivery
Delivery times provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs processes, or events beyond our control.
Responsibility for goods passes to you once the order has been delivered to the address provided.
Returns & refunds
Returns, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Returns & Cancellations Policy, which forms part of these terms. Please review this policy before placing an order.
Samples
Samples are provided to help assess colour, texture, and suitability. As samples are indicative only, variations between samples and full products may occur.
Unless faulty, samples are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Custom & made-to-order items
Items that are custom, made-to-order, or cut to a specific size are produced specifically for you. These items cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once production has begun, unless faulty.
Care & installation
We recommend following any care or installation guidance provided with your product. Sterling Looms is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation, fitting, or use.
Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Sterling Looms or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sterling Looms shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of profit or business.
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
Governing law
